Terms and Conditions

• Book any HotelMagician.com vacation package (that is flight+hotel bought from the “Vacation Packages” tab on HotelMagician.com) that includes a flight on OpenSkies between now and July 31st and get back a $100 check by mail.
  Vacation packages will book into Economy Class so you cannot participate in this offer if you want to fly Prem+ or BIZ.
  
  When selecting your flights, make sure you select an OpenSkies operated flight (*Important Terms and Conditions apply -- see Terms below)
  
  
• Eligible reservations include and are limited to:
  
  • Any Flight plus Hotel Vacation Package that includes at least one segment on OpenSkies (JFK-ORY or ORY-JFK or both).
    
  • The flight information for a valid flight will read as follows: British Airways Flight 700(x) Operated by OpenSkies BA European Ltd
    
  
  All reservations must be made via hotelmagician.com and you must record your confirmation number to apply for the rebate.
  

• After completing your vacation package, use this form to submit your claim. When verified, a check for $100 will be mailed in 4-6 weeks (or sooner).
  


• Reservations must be made by July 31st, 2008 for travel ending no later than December 31st, 2008.
  


• Your vacation package must include air AND hotel for at least one person. At least one leg of your flight must be on OpenSkies.
  


• No Minimum stay is required.
  


• Up to 5 rebates per customer during this promotion period.
  
• Travel MUST be booked on HotelMagician.com by July 31, 2008.
  
• This offer is open to residents of The US or Canada; however the check will be sent in US Dollars and residents of foreign countries may be charged a fee by their financial institution to accept this check.
